TARGET AUDIENCE

The audience for an internal leadership cohort program is flexible based on your organization and the goals you have.  Typically, the cohort will consist of 10-20 professionals representing multiple departments. Participants in our programs have been leaders of people, projects, programs, and/or external relationships. The curriculum can then be customized around the specific audience you choose to target.
